Shipping Policy 

Do we provide free shipping?

Of course, we do. We provide free shipping to our valuable customers across the globe on every purchase. 

How much time does your order take to reach you? 

Approximately it takes a maximum of 12 to 15 days to reach your doorstep. This delivery time varies from order to order. Because if your attire is customized then it may take longer to reach you.

Which courier companies are our delivery partners?

We use the courier services of the best world-known companies. The list of names of our shipping partners includes FedEx, USPS, and DHL. All these companies are trustworthy and they deliver your parcel in the best and exact condition in which we make them. 

How can you keep yourself up to date regarding the order? 

Once we dispatch your parcel, all our courier service partners provide us with a tracking ID/ Number, which we share with our customers. Through this, you can keep yourself updated about the location of your parcel. Further, the benefit of this is that when you see that the order is reaching you soon but you are not home then you can directly contact the respective courier service to change the delivery timings. 

Currently, do we have any place where we are not shipping? 

Unfortunately, but yes there are some places where we are not shipping due to certain reasons. The countries where we do not deal are OFAC, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, Brazil, Russia, and Sanctioned Countries. However, there are some issues, but we are working to settle down things. So soon we will ship here too. 

What are the causes of delayed shipping?

  1. If you have provided us with the wrong delivery address then it will cost you a delay or maybe a cancellation of your order. 
  2. If our quality checkers have found a defect in your parcel. In this situation, we will reconstruct the attire. Because we never compromise on the quality of our products.
  3. If some uninvited and sudden issues occur i.e earthquake, heavy rainfall/ snowfall, or if there is any public holiday. In all these situations you might get your parcel a little late.
  4. In the occurrence of courier company operational delays, your delivery might get late. 
  5. In case of customs holds too, the delivery faces delay. 
  6. When you make any amendment, the parcel will take a while to reach you. 

Do we use the services of FPO, PO Box, and APO?

No, because of security concerns we do not use the services of FPO, PO Box, or APO for the delivery process. 

Do we provide the facility of expedited shipping?

Yes, on the Wilson Jackets’ website you can avail of expedited shipping as well of your favorite attires. But do remember that for expedited shipping you have to pay a little extra. You will be charged around $25 for this special service. When you avail it the parcel will reach you in the days between 8 to 10. 

Does free shipping include tax and customs duties as well?

We provide all our customers with free shipping across the world. But this does not count the tax and customs duties of your own country. So all our customers have to pay the customs charges according to their countries. However, those who live in duty-free countries can enjoy absolutely free delivery.
