  • You have a 30-day window to utilize our return, refund, and exchange policy, ensuring you have enough time to assess your purchase.
  • If you surpass the 30-day limit, unfortunately, the offer for returns will expire, so make sure to initiate the process within this timeframe.
  • Removing the tag from an item renders it ineligible for returns, so please keep it intact if you’re considering sending something back.
  • To ensure seamless processing of returns or exchanges, please refrain from washing items before sending them back, as we require them in their original condition.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange, so please handle them with care.
  • Once a product has been used, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.
  • Stained parcels will not be eligible for returns, so please ensure the items are in their original condition before sending them back.
  • Any cuts or alterations made to the product, whether intentional or accidental, will disqualify it from our return policy, so please refrain from modifying the items.
  • Please note that our return policy does not extend to customized attire, as these items are specially made according to your preferences.
  • When returning items, you’ll be responsible for covering the shipping expenses, so please factor this into your decision.
  • For secure returns, it’s recommended to use a courier service with tracking capabilities, and don’t forget to share the tracking information with our customer service team.
  • Parcels should be sent back to the same warehouse they were received from, at your own expense, to ensure smooth processing of returns.

Exchange Policy:

If the size does not fit you right, or if the color is not what you have ordered, or in some other situations like this, you can avail of our exchange policy. But remember that only authentic reasons will be entertained when you apply for an exchange of the item. 

We provide free delivery to our customers globally but when you apply for return or exchange then you have to bear the shipping charges this time. It is not at all free for any of you. However, we exchange your parcel for free and do not charge any extra penny. But for the shipping, you have to pay. 

Terms and Conditions for Exchange Policy:

  1. When you’re considering exchanging a product, please ensure it’s in its original condition, just like when you received it.
  2. When you apply for an exchange, be sure to provide a clear and valid reason for the exchange.
  3. Craft an Email and write the issue in it, with an attached picture of the product you have received. 
  4. If you’ve received a product that’s different in color, size, or appearance from what was shown on our website, you’re eligible for an exchange.
  5. You’ll need to cover the costs of shipping the product back to us for exchange.
  6. Please send the product back to the same warehouse it was originally shipped from.
  7. For the return process, kindly use a trackable courier service to send back the incorrect product. Once you have the tracking ID/number, please share it with our customer care team.
  8. Once we receive the returned product, we’ll process the replacement and send it to you within 15 working days.
  9. The exchange itself is free of charge, but you’ll be responsible for any customs charges incurred.
  10. Please note that we’re unable to exchange custom parcels.

Procedure for Return and Exchange:

To commence the procedure you have to take a picture of your product, then craft a mail, attach the picture, brief your problem, and send us the mail via [email protected]. Our customer care team will identify the problem and will get back to you.

After receiving a confirmation mail from our team, you have to return the parcel to the exact warehouse from where you received it. To return the parcel, always use a courier company that provides you with a tracking ID to track the order. Once you receive the tracking ID, let our team know. So when we receive the parcel back, we’ll notify you too. 

Our team will check the parcel and after the complete procedure of return, we’ll transfer the amount back to your account. However, it may take a few days.  

Complete Guide To The Execution Of The Return And Exchange Procedure:

  • Snap some photos of the product you’ve received.
  • Drop us an email explaining why you want to return or exchange it, making sure your reasons are clear and valid.
  • Don’t forget to attach those photos to your email and send them over to us at [email protected].
  • Within the next 24 hours, our awesome customer service team will get back to you, providing you with a return address.
  • Once you’ve got that, it’s time to ship the product back to us using a trackable courier service, and yes, you’ll need to cover the shipping cost.
  • Make sure to share the tracking ID or number you receive from the courier company with our customer care representative.
  • Once we’ve received the product, we’ll drop you a quick email to let you know.
  • But in case, the product isn’t in its original condition, we won’t be able to proceed with the return.
  • Once everything checks out during our inspection, our accounts team will kickstart the refund process.
  • It’ll take about 3 working days for our finance department to process it, and you should see the money back in your account within 5 to 14 banking days. Although, some banks might take a tad longer than 14 days to sort it out for you.
