Wilson Jackets offers 30 Days Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns for both faulty and non-faulty products. If you encounter any issues with the fit of your product, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Customers must report fit issues within 30 days of receiving the product.

Exchanges are not relevant if the fit chosen by the customer does not match our sizing chart. In such cases, a 50% charge may apply.

If the fit discrepancy is due to an error on our part, customers must notify us within 30 days of delivery for an exchange.

If a customer discovers any issues regarding the pattern, design, or fit of the product from our side, they can utilize the Return and Exchange Policy by simply sending us photos and highlighting the concerns with the product.

Difference in Color:

We recognize that differences in screen resolution may lead to minor variations in product color. If the color of your ordered item differs from the online image, please inform us within 30 days of delivery. Depending on product availability, we will provide an alternative or issue a refund.

Faulty Shipments:

If your product reaches with damage, kindly reach out to us within 30 days of delivery. We will manage a replacement shipment at no extra cost to you.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Customers have the option to cancel their order within 24 hours for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made after 24 hours but before three days from verification will result in a 25% deduction.
  • Cancellations made three days after verification will result in a 35% deduction.
  • No cancellations will be accepted after one week from order confirmation.
  • Under exceptional circumstances, cancellations after one week may be considered, with a deduction of 50%.

Return Shipment:

If you wish to exchange your product, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. While we provide a new product at no cost for size-related issues, customers are responsible for return shipment expenses, which vary based on the size and weight of the product.

Product Disorder and Labels:

Customers are required to return the product in its initial state, with tags attached. Refunds will not be provided for products that have been damaged.

Unresponsive Customers:

If customers do not reply to emails regarding product production or shipment, their orders may be canceled. In such instances, a 50% refund will be processed.

Customs Fees:

Although we provide complimentary worldwide shipping, customers are accountable for any customs duties or local fees imposed.

Refund Policy Conditions:

The amount of time it takes for the customer to receive a refund is within 3 days.

The Refund Policy is applicable under the following conditions:

  • Products must remain unaltered by the buyer.
  • Tags must remain intact and not be removed by the buyer.
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition as shipped by us.
  • In cases where product issues are identified by our team, we will facilitate either a refund or exchange to your satisfaction.

Non-Applicable Refund Policy Situations:

The Refund Policy does not apply under the following circumstances:

  • No returns or exchanges for ordering multiple identical items in different sizes, which are deemed as misuse.
  • In case of returns, the purchaser is responsible for shipping costs, including the initial postage paid by us as we offer free shipping to customers.
  • Products with removed tags are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Past to dispatch, our diligent product inspector checks for color, sizing, and stitching accuracy. If you have any concerns, please email us promptly with details of the issues you are experiencing with the product.

We do not entertain refund or credit requests in the following scenarios:

  • Change of mind about an item.
  • Accidental purchase.
