Refund Policy:

If your parcel has got any issue from our end then we provide you the facility to get back your payment. The problem can occur in the size, or color, or maybe the parcel is defective, or it does look like the exact attire that is present on the website then also you can claim a refund. To claim it you have to get in touch with our customer care department. They will check the details and get back to you within 24 hours. After getting the confirmation from our team you will get your refund. 

Terms and Conditions for Refund Policy:

  • Make sure that the product you want to change does not contain any cuts or stains on that. 
  • The product should be in accurate condition and you should not have used, washed, or altered it. 
  • After the confirmation of the refund, you will get the refund in the same method that you chose to pay. 
  • From our finance department your refund will get clear in 3 business days. 
  • Within the period of 4 to 15 days you will get your refund money. 

Order Cancelation Policy:

When in any case you cancel your order you get a refund from our site. But there are some conditions for the refund which are listed below.

  • If you cancel your order within 24 hours then you will get back your full payment according to our refund policy. 
  • If you cancel the order after 24 hours then 30% of the amount from your paid money will get deducted. 
  • When there are only 3 days left in the shipment and then you cancel the order then 50% of the amount will be deducted. 
  • In the end, once your order gets shipped from our end ythen you will not be able to cancel the order.
