We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, if for any reason you want to return the item we have a Return or Exchange policy. You can return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

No worries, we have a detailed size chart for each product with a category of men and women so our customers can find the desired size in the chart and those who want custom sizing can avail customization or personalization options.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by the tracking ID of your item that will granted to you by us, through this tracking ID you can watch over where the item is / product’s location.

How can I return the defective item?

We have every solution to your problems, So they reach you after going through the different phases, before we dispatch the item it goes through the quality check department to recheck that there must not be any default or it’s in high quality or not. Incase you get a defective piece we can exchange it for you and will provide you your desired attire, or if you want to return so we can do that as well, for you have to contact us by email with brief details and a picture of the product you received, connect us on [email protected] 

How do I cancel my order?

You can easily cancel your order, you can take a step within 24 hours of your order, if you do you will get 100% of your cash back of your paid amount from us. But if the time exceeds the time of more than 24 hours then we will deduct the amount according to the time span. Like if you cancel your order after three days we will deduct 30% of your amount but if you decide to cancel after 3 days then 50% of your paid amount will be deducted.
